Project 1: Mercy Health Clinic or Ministerio de Misericordia Clinica:

DESIGN:
Land is approximately 0.9 acres and is located 47 kilometers on the highway to Nandiame, Nicaragua.
Contractor Mr. John Nicosia is the Engineering Supervisor.
The land will support the clinic, church, dormitories, a feeding center, small house and garden.
The land is ready to begin construction.

Project 2: International book of friendship, suffering and love:

“ The beauty of Jesus wrought in the smallest of significances”

Welcome ladies: Daughters of the KING: “My heart is overflowing with a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the KING; my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. THOU art fairer than the children of men; grace is poured into THY lips; therefore GOD has blessed thee forever. Gird Thy sword upon Thy thigh, O Most Mighty, with Thy glory and Thy majesty. And in Thy Majesty ride prosperously, because of Truth, Meekness and Righteousness; and Thy right hand shall teach thee wonderful things. Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the KING’S enemies; whereby the people fall under thee. THY throne, O GOD is forever and ever; the scepter of Thy kingdom is a true scepter. THOU loves righteousness and hates wickedness; therefore GOD, Thy GOD has anointed JESUS with the oil of gladness (the gift of suffering), above all fellows. All Thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad. KINGS Daughters were among thy honorable women; upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir. Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and listen; forget also thine own people and thy father’s house; So shall the KING greatly desire thy beauty; for HE is thy LORD and worship thou HIM. And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall entreat thy favor. The KING’S daughter is all glorious within; her clothing is of wrought gold. She shall be brought unto the KING in raiment of needlework the virgins, her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee. With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought; they shall enter in the KING’S palace. Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom Thou may make princesses in all the earth. Every girl and woman born is invited to be a daughter of the KING. Every person born is given an invitation to the KING’S palace. The KING opens the golden gates of HIS royal heart and receives HIS daughters as we are, right to HIS throne room. Into HIS heart’s love He receives us, just as we are, broken, hurt, suffering we come. Through this book you all design, you will receive the “gift of suffering.” This gift is not from Ministry of Mercy, but comes solely from GOD who gives freely. The book is the picture album page you can buy at Target. It is the 12×12 album pages. If you cannot afford to buy this, we will supply them for you. For those who live out of the USA, you can still write your story in your language, (if you know someone who can translate your story, please let them. We have translators also). Create the pages, both sides with your own design, art, pictures, etc. We will send you the actual page and you can design it and then send it back to us. Project 3: Central Warehouse and Distribution Center:

Located to the right of the clinic on the property.
Proposed size of warehouse is approximately 45’ by 60’
Modern and clean facility for unpacking and distribution of the supplies to the various clinics and hospitals.
Easy access for large trucks.
Ministry of Mercy’s ONG status will allow other organizations to use our warehouse to ensure donations of supplies and equipment get to their destination.
Equipment will be checked by engineers trained to work with the equipment to ensure the equipment is working functionally and able to be used properly in the various hospitals and clinics.
Through Ministry of Mercy’s long standing relationship with the various public hospitals and clinics and our expertise and knowledge of the supplies and equipment needed, we will continue to work alongside the medical and health community to improve their quality of care and their delivery of care to their patients.
Financial support will be provided by the organizations who chose to use our services of receiving and distributing of their equipment and supplies.

Project 4: Working side by side with the health professionals in various clinics and hospitals:

Actively working at the trauma hospital: Lenin Fonseca located in Managua with the distribution of equipment and supplies, teaching nursing skills, assisting in surgery, and in patient care, teaching and implementing new techniques and equipment.
Designing and implementing a new efficient critical care flow sheet to be used throughout the country of Nicaragua
Ongoing assessment of needs of the various hospitals and clinics to better serve them.
Continual and sustainable relationships with medical and health professionals, community leaders and government officials, ie the Minister of Health.
