We sponsor short term health mission trips to Nicaragua assisting in our wellness, prevention health clinic, in the public hospitals, in the public special needs school, send donated medical supplies, equipment, clothing and shoes around the world, and support a Nicaraguan medical student in the University of Managua, Jinotepe

Our Fundraising and support comes from individual contributions via our website donations and a newsletter published every 4 months.
