We are in Nicaragua right now putting our feet and building our foundation here in the town of Jinotepe, Carazo, Nicaragua

Mission and Vision for Ministry of Mercy 2012

Humanitarian aid sharing the love of CHRIST through the health profession. Providing over 10 years of experience, having established reliability, credibility, and sustainability within the health system and to the people living in Nicaragua.  Our approach has the ability to be reproduced in other countries.

Helping to raise the quality of life, through our health promotion and  wellness clinic, located in the city of Jinotepe, Nicargua.

We focus on the real health issues afflicting the people, providing programs to meet the physical, mental, social, spiritual, environmental, and financial aspects of a person, and involving the whole family through our personal, caring, trusting, and Christ-centered approach.

Goals and objectives for 2012

• Follow up for five ladies from health fair needing further treatment. (We have one woman needing constant prayer as she is diagnosed with cancer throughout her reproductive system and she will need chemotherapy in the coming weeks.  We are thankful to our physician in Nicaragua who through his appointment with her for another concern led him to exam her more thoroughly and discovery of cancer.  Her sister also is ahead of her having finished chemotherapy for the same condition).  We had a wonderful prayer for Karla and her sister, and even her daughter who is also being evaluated for the same condition.  On behalf of Karla and her family, we ask for your prayers to JESUS CHRIST, the Great Physician, Comforter, and LORD and Savior.  Psalm 34
• Prepare for a Family Health Fair in September 2012. (We are looking for a site to hold our fair and designing it to meet the needs of families in Jinotepe area.  We will send a team and if interested contact us through our website or email: marantha2000@hotmail.com. 
• Send our container.  (We have two storage units in California needing to vacated soon.  We would like to send a container to Nicaragua and have a place to store our supplies.  We also have supplies and equipment other organizations can have.  We also need help organizing the storage unit to prepare for shipment).
• Continuing to support Reina Tifer in medical school.  (She is entering her fourth year.  Her class consists of five students, all girls.  She is now attending clinic rounds in the emergency rooms and attending rounds in the bigger public hospitals in Managua.  Her expenses have increased this year do to travel expenses and anyone wanting to help support her can contact us through the email above.)
